By accessing or using BlockMind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

BlockMind is a mobile application designed to help users manage and overcome pornography addiction. The app provides tools including:

• Streak tracking and progress monitoring
• System-level content blocking via Screen Time
• Calming exercises and relaxation scenes
• Motivational content and insights
• Strict mode with barrier questions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use BlockMind. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of BlockMind, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

BlockMind offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store
• Prices are displayed in the app before purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

6. Free Trial

We may offer free trials for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.

7. Content Blocking Service

BlockMind uses Apple's Screen Time and Family Controls framework for content filtering purposes. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Content blocking operates locally on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks
• You must grant the necessary Screen Time permissions for the feature to work
• We are not responsible for any content that may bypass the filter
• The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of complete blocking

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent security features
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Share your account with others
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service

9. Medical Disclaimer

BlockMind is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The app is intended as a self-help tool only. If you are struggling with addiction, we encourage you to seek professional help from a qualified healthcare provider or mental health professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlockMind and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to your data
• Any content that bypasses our filtering systems
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlockMind and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of BlockMind are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
